Avalanche Survival Jacket

I am looking for people (entrepreneurs, philanthropists, anyone who cares about their fellow human) to help me develop an “Avalanche Survival Jacket’ that will be provided to all ‘Mountain Enthusiasts’ for free through major corporate sponsorship. I am completely serious about using this idea for strictly non-profit life-saving equipment. My dream is that one day these jackets will be mandatory and provided by government or private sectors, or both.
